BOOKING
A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is required to reserve your appointment time and will be applied toward your service. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service. Should you decide upon arrival that you want a shorter session than you originally scheduled, you will be responsible for "Full" payment of the original service time scheduled.

- Must be 18 yrs old
- HSA payments are accepted
- All deposits, pre-payments, HSA payments and gift certificates are non-refundable
- Rates are subject to change without notice
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Appointments must be cancelled and rescheduled 48 hours prior to your service time to avoid loosing your DEPOSIT, PRE-PAYMENT or GIFT CERTIFICATE.
You can cancel or reschedule through the original confirmation email.
NO SHOW
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit, pre-payment or gift certificate.
LATE ARRIVAL
Arrive 10 minutes early in order to receive your full service time. ALL services will end at the original time scheduled. Regardless of the length of the service given, you will be responsible for "Full" payment.
The time that you schedule is the entire length of your session. If your appointment is at 10 am you should be on the massage table at 10 am
