Booking Policy
A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is required to reserve your appointment time and will be applied toward your service. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service. Should you decide upon arrival that you want a shorter session than you originally scheduled, you will be responsible for "Full" payment of the original service time scheduled.

- Must be 18 yrs old
- HSA payments are accepted
- All deposits, pre-payments, HSA payments and gift certificates are non-refundable
- Rates are subject to change without notice
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled and rescheduled 48 hours prior to your scheduled service time, to avoid loosing your Deposit, Pre-Payment or Gift Certificate
You may cancel or reschedule through the original confirmation email.
No Shows
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit, pre-payment or gift certificate.
ARRIVAL TIME
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows for a relaxed check in process and ensures I can start your session promptly.
Arriving Late
If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you the remainder of your service time. The full session fee will apply.
My greatest priority is to give you what you came for, an outstanding and excellent service.
The time that you schedule is the entire length of your session. If your appointment is at 10 am you should be on the massage table at 10 am
