A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is required to reserve your appointment time and will be applied toward your service. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service. Should you decide upon arrival that you want a shorter session than you originally scheduled, you will be responsible for "Full" payment of the original service time scheduled.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so 48 hours before your scheduled service time. Failure to do so, will result in a loss of your Deposit, Prepayment of Gift Certificate.

You may cancel or reschedule through the original confirmation email.

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit, pre-payment or gift certificate. You may also be banned from booking online and all future appointments must be prepaid.

Out of respect for my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment in order to get the full session time. If you arrive on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your service time and you will be responsible for full payment of the original time booked.

This depends on you and your needs,  if you are dealing with acute or chronic pain, you may need consistent sessions depending on your issue. If you enjoy relaxation, I encourage sessions once a month or every other month, for keeping you on track.

I do not offer standard deep tissue, but I do use advanced techniques to access the deeper layers of connective tissue (fascia). My natural touch is firm, but I offer light, medium and firm pressure.
