Myofascial Release is a specialized hands- on technique that targets fascia -the thin, web-like connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs throughout the body.
When fascia becomes tight or restricted due to injury, inflammation, stress, surgery, or poor posture, it can cause chronic pain, limited mobility, muscular imbalance, discomfort and stiffness.
Myofascial Release uses gentle sustained pressure to soften and stretch these restrictions, allowing the tissue to release and the body to realign naturally.
Unlike traditional massage, this therapy is performed slowly and deliberately, working with the body's resistance rather than against it.
Fascia is a thin, tough, and flexible layer of connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, nerve, organ, and blood vessel in your body-like a 3D web.
It holds everything in place, provides structure and support, and plays a key role in movement, posture and communication between systems in the body. It does not show up on standard tests, ( x-rays, CAT scans and MRI'S etc.) so it often goes ignored or misdiagnosed.
Myofascial Release can sometimes be needed after surgery to address scar tissue.
*PLEASE NOTE: More than one session may be needed to obtain the desired results.
The lymphatic system is a network of vessels responsible for removing excess fluid and transporting them from the body. Lymph is a colorless fluid that moves freely through your body and plays an important role in your immune health and gets rid of the trash in your body, such as: viruses, bacteria, cancer cells, toxins and waste.
Lymphatic drainage is a "technique" that stimulates lymph flow and can assist in detoxifying and unclogging your body.
Sometimes injury, surgery and health conditions can cause the lymph fluid to build up. When this system does not function properly, it can lead to the accumulation of fluids.
*PLEASE NOTE: I do not offer this therapy for, BBL, TUMMY TUCK or LIPO patients.

Pre-surgery lymphatic drainage is generally considered beneficial and may improve your surgical recovery. May help prepare the body for surgery and reduce the risk of post- surgical excessive swelling.
Microcurrent Therapy is a non-invasive form of therapy, that uses low- level electrical currents, similar to the body's own bioelectrical signals- to reduce pain, and restore cellular function. These currents work at the cellular level, helping tissues repair more efficiently while relieving pain, discomfort and inflammation.
Often used in holistic practices, microcurrent is safe, gentle, and effective for treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
